¶ 1. David Barnes filed a lawsuit against Leigh Mitchell for his personal injuries arising from an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict for Barnes in the amount of $150,000. On appeal, Mitchell argues that the circuit court erred by: (1) failing to instruct the jury on Barnes's duty to operate his motorcycle at or below the posted speed limit; (2) admitting James Hannah's expert testimony in the field of accident reconstruction...
