BARNES, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. A Jackson County Circuit Court jury convicted Laterrice Terrell Barnes of deliberate-design murder, and he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). He appeals his conviction and sentence. Finding no error, we affirm.
