¶ 1. On June 10, 2010, a jury convicted Wade Lee Townsend of first-degree arson. The Scott County Circuit Court sentenced Townsend to six years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with three years to serve, three years suspended, and five years of post-release supervision.
