Michael Fountain was convicted in the Jackson County Circuit Court of four counts of sexual battery; sentenced to thirty years for each count with the sentences to run concurrently with one another, all in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) without eligibility for parole or probation; and fined $10,000 for each count.
