¶ 1. Brandon McCollum pleaded guilty in the Winston County Circuit Court to possession of contraband in a correctional facility in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 47-5-193 (Rev. 2011). He later filed a motion for post-conviction relief (PCR) in the circuit court. The circuit court subsequently denied his PCR motion. McCollum now appeals. McCollum argues on appeal, as he did in the circuit
