¶ 1. Jaire Pierce, Jr. was indicted for burglary and grand larceny of a church. Pierce was convicted on the larceny charge, and the jury could not reach a verdict on a burglary charge. The Circuit Court of Tate County sentenced Pierce to serve ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. On appeal, Pierce argues the verdict was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. We find no reversible error...
