¶ 1. This appeal stems from the Mississippi Department of Employment Security's (MDES) denial of Jimmy Magee's unemployment benefits. Magee was discharged by Central Transport, Incorporated (CTI) for exceeding the allowed number of "chargeable" accidents in an one-year period. Magee applied for unemployment benefits, but his claim was denied. He appealed this denial to an administrative law judge (ALJ). The ALJ affirmed the MDES decision...
