¶ 1. A jury found Carson Johnson guilty of burglary of a dwelling and possession of a prohibited weapon by a convicted felon. The circuit judge sentenced Johnson to twenty years and ten years respectively for each charge, with the sentences ordered to run concurrently. Johnson appeals, alleging that a discovery violation, defective indictment, and fatally flawed jury instructions require reversal. We find no reversible error and affirm...
