¶ 1. Angela Smith appeals the Monroe County Circuit Court's judgment to affirm the full Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission's decision that due to her bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, she had a 5% industrial loss of use to both of her upper extremities. Smith also appeals the circuit court's judgment to reverse the Commission's decision that she was entitled to a period of total temporary disability benefits. Finding no error...
