¶ 1. On January 8, 2009, John Reynolds was convicted in the Water Valley Municipal Court of driving under the influence (DUI), first offense, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs. Reynolds appealed to the Yalobusha County Circuit Court for a de novo trial. At his bench trial, Reynolds was again found guilty and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs...
