¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Hinds County Circuit Court found Randy Johnson guilty of murder, four counts of aggravated assault, and shooting into an occupied dwelling. The circuit court sentenced Johnson to life for murder, ten years for each count of aggravated assault, and five years for shooting into an occupied dwelling, with all sentences to run consecutively to one another in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
