¶ 1. This case arises from an accident that occurred in Harrison County, Mississippi, in which Krista Rhodes was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended at a stop light by Ronnie Raffeo. Rhodes filed suit against Raffeo for compensatory damages for injuries that allegedly resulted from the collision. Liability was admitted, and the only issued submitted to the jury was the amount of compensation...
