IRVING, P.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. This appeal arises out of an order by the Jones County Chancery Court granting James Samuel Powell a divorce from Sherida C. Powell on the ground of uncondoned adultery. After finding that Sherida had committed uncondoned adultery, the chancery court ordered an equitable division of the marital estate. Feeling aggrieved, Sherida appeals and asserts that the chancery court's division was not equitable.1
