¶ 1. After a mistrial, Stephan Hickman was retried and found guilty of capital murder with the underlying felony of robbery. The Circuit Court of Hinds County, First Judicial District, sentenced Hickman to life without parole in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Hickman appeals, arguing that the trial court erroneously restricted his right to cross-examine a witness in violation of his right to confrontation...
