The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Teresa Brown Dearman, Justice Court Judge for the West District of Stone County, be publicly reprimanded and ordered to pay costs of $100 for attempting to influence another judge in a matter involving Judge Dearman's friend. Judge Dearman joins the Commission's recommendations and has admitted to all charges of misconduct...
