¶ 1. William Dewayne Savell filed a "Petition for an Order of Disinterment for Autopsy" in the Circuit Court of Neshoba County. The circuit court treated it as a motion for post-conviction collateral relief and dismissed the motion. We find no error and affirm the dismissal.
