¶ 1. On June 16, 2008, William Lee Green pleaded guilty to armed robbery. Following his plea, the Warren County Circuit Court sentenced Green to thirty-five years' imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. On April 22, 2010, Green filed a motion for post-conviction relief (PCR), which the circuit court denied.
