Hester Sr. (Hester) appeals a judgment from the Newton County Chancery Court ordering him to pay Sundra Hester Samples (Samples) $23,761 in back child support for the period of years from 1992 through 2006. Hester argues that the chancellor erred by (1) refusing to admit Samples's Texas affidavit, which contradicted her trial testimony that she had never received child-support payments from 1992 to 2004, and (2) failing...
