¶ 1. Will Robertson Brown pleaded guilty to arson in the second degree on September 12, 1986, and was sentenced to seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Brown appeals, more than twenty years later, claiming that his plea was involuntary and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. The Jackson County Circuit Court denied his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Finding no error...
