CARLTON, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Dale Williams1 and Cathy Williams appeal the March 29, 2010, order of the Lowndes County Chancery Court which terminated Dale and Cathy's parental rights with respect to six minor children. On appeal, Dale and Cathy argue that the chancellor erred in denying their motion to appoint indigent counsel to represent them at the hearing. Finding no error, we affirm the chancellor's judgment.
