¶ 1. On November 25, 2008, Jerry Tyrone Parker was indicted on one count of the sale of methamphetamine within 1,500 feet of a church and one count of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. Then, on September 28, 2009, in the Rankin County Circuit, Parker pled guilty to both counts. In the sentencing order entered by the circuit judge on the same day, Parker was sentenced to serve twenty years...
