¶ 1. Suzette Smith's vehicle rear-ended a non-party's Chevrolet Suburban. The Suburban was stopped on Highway 82 in Leland, Mississippi, to allow defendant, Antonio Watson, to complete a parking maneuver of a tractor-trailer.
