¶ 1. The City of Cleveland, Mississippi appeals the judgment of the Chancery Court of DeSoto County denying the City's request for attorneys' fees related to Mid-South Associates, LLC's attempt to relocate a nursing home. The City claims it is owed attorneys' fees under the statutory requirements of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-7-201(2)(f) (Rev.2009). We find no error and affirm the chancellor's judgment to deny the City...
