¶ 1. In September 2006, Terry Rodgers pleaded guilty in Lee County Circuit Court to two counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Rodgers was sentenced to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) on both counts of aggravated assault.
