¶ 1. In September 2007, Mario London was arrested and charged with grand larceny after stealing a computer from a Walmart in Southaven, Mississippi. After London's arrest, an eyewitness to the crime was shown a photographic lineup, from which the eyewitness immediately and positively identified London as the culprit.
