¶ 1. On January 4, 2010, Ralston Jannice pleaded guilty to simple robbery. Pursuant to the plea agreement Jannice was sentenced to serve a term of fifteen years with three years suspended, three years of post-release supervision, and twelve years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
