CARLTON, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Carl Holder appeals the dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Holder claims that: (1) his guilty pleas were not knowingly and voluntarily entered; (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel; and (3) he was entitled to an evidentiary hearing on his PCR motion. Finding no error, we affirm.
