FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Christopher Lashon Johnson was found guilty of depraved-heart murder by a jury in the Monroe County Circuit Court. Johnson was sentenced to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. This Court affirmed Johnson's conviction in Johnson v. State, 950 So.2d 217 (Miss.Ct.App.2006).
