¶ 1. Edward Lamont Neal appeals from his conviction for the burglary of Robert Peterson's home. Neal asserts that he was denied his constitutional right to counsel when a police investigator continued to interrogate him after he asked to call his lawyer. Thus, he argues that his custodial confession was inadmissible, as his subsequent waiver was invalid. Neal also asserts that he was prejudiced by the trial court's admission...
