¶ 1. Sepeccuss Langston filed a motion for post-conviction relief (PCR) in the Circuit Court of DeSoto County. After reviewing the record, the trial court dismissed the motion. Aggrieved, Langston timely filed this appeal. Finding no error, we affirm.
