¶ 1. Glenn M. Kelly entered a guilty plea in the Hinds County Circuit Court to a charge of statutory rape. Kelly was sentenced to serve five years, with four years and 363 days suspended, and five years of probation in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Subsequently, Kelly filed a motion for post-conviction relief alleging that he was not aware of the victim's age at the time they engaged in sexual relations...
