¶ 1. Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and Scott Jones (collectively "Citigroup") appeal the Pike County Circuit Court's judgment that denied their motion to compel arbitration. Citigroup argues that the circuit court erroneously found that: (1) Citigroup was not a party to the arbitration agreement, and (2) the arbitration agreement was unconscionable.
