¶ 1. Following the chancery court's equitable division of the Hanshaws' property, Shirley was held in contempt for failure to leave the marital home by the court-ordered deadline. The Court of Appeals reversed and rendered judgment in Shirley's favor, and we granted certiorari. Although the court denied Shirley notice and a hearing, the record shows that she did not follow chancery court...
