¶ 1. On January 5, 2004, Cornell Clark pleaded guilty to kidnapping and armed carjacking. Following his plea, the Coahoma County Circuit Court sentenced him to two thirty-year sentences, with ten years of each thirty-year sentence suspended, to be served concurrently in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
