¶ 1. A jury in the Harrison County Circuit Court convicted Larry Tyrese Minter of two counts of capital murder and one count of robbery. The circuit court then sentenced Minter to two life sentences in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), without the possibility of parole or early release, for the capital murders and to fifteen years in the custody of the MDOC for the robbery.
