¶ 1. Ada M. Tucker, Clint Moffitt, and Lillie Norton were indicted by a Benton County grand jury for one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud and one count of voter fraud. Norton pleaded guilty to voter fraud. Tucker and Moffitt were subsequently convicted by a jury sitting before the Benton County Circuit Court of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, and both were found not guilty of the crime of voter fraud.
