PIERCE, Justice, for the Court:

¶ 1. James Ewing was convicted in Calhoun County Circuit Court for the sale of a controlled substance, i.e., hydrocodone. Judge Robert W. Elliott sentenced Ewing to fifteen years with five years suspended and five years on post-release supervision. On appeal, Ewing argues that the verdict was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. Because we find the verdict was not contrary to the overwhelming weight of the evidence...
