¶ 1. Jerry Lamar Whitlock was convicted for the crime of attempted automobile burglary in the Circuit Court of Rankin County. Whitlock was sentenced to life without parole as a habitual offender under Mississippi Code Section 99-19-83. He appealed, alleging specific errors committed during the course of his trial.
