After granting a temporary restraining order preventing the City of Jackson from demolishing certain structures on property owned by A-1 Pallet Company, the Hinds County Chancery Court entered a Memorandum Opinion and Order granting the City's motion to dismiss and dissolving the temporary restraining order.
