¶ 1. The Hinds County Circuit Court granted summary judgment in favor of Dr. Ann Myers in this medical-malpractice case. Talmadge Miller filed suit after being diagnosed with Guillian-Barre Syndrome and lupus. He alleged these diseases resulted from his use of the drug Remicade, which Dr. Myers had prescribed him.
