¶ 1. William (Bill) Harris Sr. was found guilty in the Sharkey County Circuit Court of the sale of cocaine in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139(a) (Rev.2009). Harris was sentenced to twenty years, with fifteen years to serve and five years of post-release supervision; he was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, $1,000 to the victim's compensation fund, $156 in court costs, and $166.50 in state assessments.
