¶ 1. Stephen E. Seal a/k/a Bo Seal pled guilty in the Circuit Court of Sunflower County to two counts of culpable-negligence manslaughter. Seal was sentenced to serve a term of twenty years on each count in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with the two sentences to run concurrently.
