¶ 1. Michael W. Pruitt pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Marshall County to the crimes of sexual battery, aggravated assault, and kidnapping. He was sentenced to life in prison for sexual battery, twenty years for aggravated assault, and thirty years for kidnapping, with the sentences to run consecutively in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Thereafter, Pruitt filed a motion for post-conviction relief...
