¶ 1. This appeal proceeds from the Circuit Court of Jones County, Mississippi, where a jury convicted Andre J. Jones of the July 17, 2007, murder of Eric Rogers. Circuit Judge Billy Joe Landrum sentenced Jones to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
