¶ 1. Ray Fountain and SKL Investments, Inc. (SKL) verbally discussed a purchase contract for certain realty located in Adams County, Mississippi. The agreement was memorialized in writing and signed by SKL's representative, Ashley Carroll, on January 23, 2007.
