¶ 1. The Sunflower County Chancery Court granted Jennifer and Phillip Holdeman a divorce on the ground of adultery after concluding that both parties had committed uncondoned adultery. Pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties, the chancellor awarded Jennifer primary physical custody of their minor child, Ann Linden, and ordered Phillip to pay child support.
