¶ 1. Joseph Gregg (Joe) and Patricia Gregg (Pat) were married in 1994. Joe filed for divorce in 2007 in the Chancery Court of Webster County, and the parties consented to a divorce based on irreconcilable differences. The issues of equitable distribution and alimony were submitted to the chancellor.
