¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Madison County Circuit Court found Calvin Shelton and Reginald Shelton guilty of possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana. The circuit court sentenced each of the Sheltons to twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections followed by five years of post-release supervision.
