¶ 1. Robert Glass pled guilty to murder in 1999 in the Circuit Court of Marshall County. After being sentenced, he filed a petition for post-conviction relief (PCR), which was denied by the trial court. Glass appealed the denial. However, this Court affirmed the trial court's ruling.
