¶ 1. Brian Keith Martin was tried and convicted of manslaughter. The Circuit Court of Copiah County court sentenced him to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Aggrieved by his conviction, Martin appeals. He asserts the following allegations of error:
